it snowed the last morning i was in frankfurt, i woke up at 6am stuck my head outside and saw snow for the first time in my life. pretty amazing.

Only stayed in napoli for about 5 hours but it was enough to say that Napoli is one of the most beautiful cities in the wor ld, The city at night is beautiful, a city by the beach. The Train ride home was pretty interesting also.........

Back to Rome 6th jan 07

My cousin bruno wanted to go to rome so i said yeah why not, although it was now the 4th time in 5 months.... we ended up arriving at 5am sat morning, slept until midday then went out in rome.

Guardavalle Catoio

a catoio is like a room outside the house, where people in guardavalle go to get drunk, play cards with friends or hang out, here I was with friends and cousins, we ate wog salami, wog bread and drank a lot of wine, as you can see this catoio is antique, must be over 150 yrs old, theres no lights, just candles, no power, just a room made of rock. check out all the photos http://goodtimes.webshots.com/album/556898321MVwmeO

New years in Calabria

I prefer the way we do it in OZ, here in italy everyone goes either to a restaurant or to someones house, they eat and drink until 1230am then head out to clubs, bars nightclub....etc.. we went out to for dinner, 54 euro per head, 6 course meal, free wine, a cheap band who sang karoke and did i mention they were pretty shit...afterwards we went to a 4 star villagio where we partied with about 3ooo people.... it was a good night... check out the photos http://good-times.webshots.com/album/556902466rZVDPP

I have arrived in milan ( SARONNO)

Im staying with my uncle, im here until the 13 of decemeber, i then go back to calabria for xmas. Saronno is a nice town about 20 km from milan central theres not much to do here actually so i head to the city almost everyday. thats about it from saronno

i leave for Milan tommorrow, the 27th of november. Im hoping to stay there for 2 to 3 weeks catch up with cousins and catch a few games, ill be returning to calabria for christmas. Ive also changed my ticket and will be returning to melbourne the 9th of feb.

The winter has started here, 5 days ago it was sitting at 29 degrees, now all of a sudden the weather has changed last night at about 8pm it was 7 degrees. We went back to atmosphera with friends had a good time, drank had a dance and had fun........ wish i was there for the spring carnival

Update

All is good here, ive been doing a lot of sightseeing lately, mainly around calabria. I may be heading to milan for a few days this coming friday, not sure yet but ill soon find out. Other than that all is good, ive been keeping busy, fishing, sighseeing, going out and having fun.

A town located in the mountains of calabria, about 40kms from Soverato. The church is famous because you can view the bones of Saint Bruno.

Atmosfera night club saturday night 7-10-06

Looks like ill be seeing a lot of this place in the months to come, its the most popular club in the reigon/City. Its good because they dont let guys in if they have no girls with them, luckily we did. It cost 10 euro to get in (plus a free drink). I havent changed my approach to clubbing, i still hit the turps before i hit the club i.e. we spent an hour in a local bar in soverato, the puntorosso. Our friend owns it and its a nice quite local bar in the piazza of soverato.

White night in Rome my bday 9-9-06

We arrived in rome at 830pm, luckily it was the notte bianca, or white night. everything was open all night till about 7am. there were over 3 million people out and abouts in the streets of rome, drinking, partying there were live concerts and a heap of tourists. a good way to celebrate a bday.

Here we were in our hotel room having pre drinks, on our last night in ibiza we went out to space, luckily we were given free tickets for the night and avoided paying 50 euros (about 90 AUD)

We left Calabria by train at 3pm friday, after 5 hours travelling we arrived in rome. Our stay in rome was short considering we had to fly out at 6am, we went out for dinner, drank about8 litres of wine then met some friends. We didnt sleep until we arrived in ibiza. But we had fun as usual
